to compete in the Vermont Open Grappling Championships.  I understand that grappling is a contact sport, which involves take-downs, pins, and submissions (submissions only for age 16 and over) such as chokes and joint-locks. I understand that there is a chance of injury inherent in the practice and competition of grappling sports, and I release the Vermont Open Grappling Championships and its representatives from any injury or damages incurred in connection with this event.
